Fourth Street Live!, a $70 million downtown complex of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, nightclubs and other entertainment venues.

Downtown Attractions
Learn the history of America’s favorite pastime through the evolution of bats at the Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory. You will know you’re at the right place when you see the six-story bat. You can’t miss it!
The Kentucky Science Center and IMAX theater provides hands-on fun and discovery for inquiring minds of all ages.
Cruise along the Ohio River on the Belle of Louisville, a restored 1800s working paddle wheel steamboat.
Take a journey through more than 1,000 years of history with ever-changing and interactive exhibits and daily performances by costumed interpreters at the Frazier History Museum.
Check out what’s going on at the KFC YUM! Center. The state-of-the-art downtown arena hosts concerts, shows and is home to the University of Louisville basketball teams.
Waterfront Park, an 85-acre public park on the banks of the Ohio River downtown, hosts more than 125 events every year. Everything from concerts, festivals, charity walks, picnics, The Fifth Third Waterfront Independence Festival and WFPK Waterfront Wednesdays. You'll find an organized event going on every weekend, Spring through late Fall.
Be sure to see what is going on at the Louisville Palace. This historic theatre showcases popular musicians and standup comedians.
Visit the Muhammad Ali Center, an award-winning museum dedicated to the life of Muhammad Ali. The Center museum captures the inspiration derived from the story of Muhammad Ali’s incredible life and the six core principles that have fueled his journey.
Be creative at Louisville Glassworks. They offer a hands on Walk-in Workshop, a glass art gallery, and three functional glass art studios.
One of the oldest stoneware manufacturers in the United States, Stoneware offers tours twice a day Monday through Friday, a paint your own pottery experience along with a retail store.

Running/Walking Routes
Crossover from Louisville, Kentucky to Jeffersonville, Indiana on the Big Four Bridge. This 1.42 mile round trip takes you across the Ohio River on a bridge designed especially for walkers, runners and bicyclists.
