To photograph or video ticketed events, media must call the Media & Public Relations Department at (502)367-5180 prior to arrival. Members of the media will be met at KICC’s administrative offices.

Entry into the building at times other than normal business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) should be cleared through the Media & Public Relations Department.

We are able to supply photos upon request.

Sorry, we do not provide any designated press parking.

Office hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Media & Public Relations Department for the convention center is located in the Administrative Offices of the Kentucky Exposition Center on the west side of Freedom Hall.
