Conference Theatre

Featuring audio, video and data conferencing, the theatre offers a high-tech solution to your business meeting needs. A modern communication facility, the Conference Theatre is equipped to make every conference a great success for participants and a "practically painless" process for the organizers.

Cutting-edge technology embraces 4,690 square feet of space to create a facility with virtually no limits in presentation capabilities and audio-video conferencing.
Tiered seating allows up to 175 people to have an all-around unobstructed view of the giant 9' x 12' screen and central platform area of the theatre.
The acoustics of the theatre are enhanced by a high-quality, full-range reinforcement sound system to ensure participants can hear and understand live or recorded program material from any seat.
Totally interactive, the theatre has microphones installed throughout the seating area allowing participants to ask questions or make comments, as well as interact with the presenter and other participants.
Easy-to-use presentation capabilities include any combination of VCR/DVD, CATV or computer inputs from any of the eight computerized stations in the front seating area.
Flawless connectivity with outside parties is achieved through state-of-the-art video conferencing, audio conferencing, and data conferencing.
The high-end video conferencing processing unit is interfaced with the in-house audio system and supports conferences both through an IP network and a dial-up ISDN line.
Two cameras can focus on either the presenter or any of the participants during a conference. The far-site location is simultaneously displayed on the big screen to provide an adequate view from every seat.
The advanced, fully-functional A/V system is complete with a touch-screen remote control that's programmed to be user-friendly with simple icon-based screens that lead the user effortlessly through the various functions.
